Team development coaching
Coaching is a highly effective tool for the development of Leadership and Management teams.
Great examples of coaching at team level include:
- The breaking down of barriers to trust and openness within the team.
- The development of a strategic long-term plan for the team and/or the business.
- Raising the bar of performance from senior manager to board-level thinking.
- The facilitation of discussions around difficult and complex areas of decision-making.
- Helping the team to make changes based upon the results of employee surveys and feedback.
- Dealing with issues of diversity and cultural difference.
In support of the above activities I am trained and accredited in a number of team development tools including:
- HBDI Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument.
- Myers-Briggs (MBTI) step 1 intermediate and step 2 advanced personality profiling.
- Hoshin strategic planning methodologies.
- Hogan Personality Inventory HPI.
I have considerable experience working with senior global teams across EMEA, often including a broad spectrum of different cultures, nationalities and backgrounds.
