Professional facilitation

I am a highly experienced, challenging, provocative and professional facilitator of team meetings and workshops. I have designed and implemented events for small teams of directors through to large groups of 100+ senior managers, both in Australia and internationally.

These events tend to fall into one of two categories:

  1. Strategic and business planning meetings. As an experienced business professional and practicing director I am well equiped to faciilitate in-depth discussions around the achievement of short and long term organisational goals. I am an accredited practitioner in the Hoshin kanri strategic planning methodology, which is used in corporations worldwide.

  2. Team building meetings. My company has a comprehensive library of team building activites and exercises specifically designed for modern organsations, however our focus is on cerebral programmes with a serious underlying purpose AND an element of fun, rather than the 'build a raft out of ropes and barrels' variety. We have run sucessful team-building sessions for teams of all sizes, backgrounds and cultures either as an integral part of a larger session or as a stand-alone event.
