As part of our work together I will be using a variety of tools and techniques to help you understand more about yourself, how you are seen by your colleagues, and the value that you bring to the organisation.
I will achieve this by creating a composite picture of you derived from a number of feeds including 360 degree feedback exercises, observation and interview, and the use of Psychometric tests. I am fully trained, qualified and accredited to use all of the tools that we will use together, and these will be offered to you on a voluntary basis with all results being for your eyes only unless we specifically agree otherwise.
