I help organisations grow and develop their pool of key talent and future leaders. I do this through a combination of one-to-one and team coaching delivered over a period of months. I am very comfortable working with senior individuals from all disciplines, including executive/general management, finance, sales, marketing and technical. I have coached individuals and teams in many countries across the world including Australia, New Zealand, China, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Russia, Turkey, Egypt, Slovakia, United Kingdom and Ireland.

I offer a range of five distinct coaching services

1. Coaching at a company level

Through my role and experience as an independent non-executive director I deliver challenge, oversight, strategic advice and implementation support to the Board and executive team. I have specialist expertise and qualifications in strategic planning, sales, technology, key talent recruitment/development and organisational change.

I have served on Boards ranging from small owner-managed business through to multi-million dollar corporations.

2. Executive (C-level) coaching

For the holders of high office in business I provide a confidential sounding-board, alternate perspective and precision-targeted development based on my experience as a Director and senior executive over many years, and my skills as an executive coach.

I have worked with CEO’s and CFO’s in companies across the world covering a diverse range of industries from high-tech to banking & finance.

3. Leadership team coaching

I help organisations build a teams of highly-motivated and aligned individuals dedicated to the skilful execution of the company's strategic plan. I have considerable experience working with senior teams from around the world, often including a broad spectrum of different cultures, nationalities and backgrounds.

I am an accredited professional in the key strategic planning methodologies and have worked to develop senior teams in some of the world’s most demanding companies such as Intel, Dell and Hewlett-Packard.

4. Senior management coaching

I help individuals develop into executives who can add significant value over the longer term at senior levels in their chosen organisation. In some cases this includes preparation for consideration for a role in high office (C-level) and/or directorship position.

5. Key talent development

I am often asked to work closely with carefully selected individuals to nurture, hone and refine their capabilities in preparation for taking on a senior management role. Many of these have gone on to achieve great success within their organisations.
