I have been a Business Performance and Talent Development coach since 1996. During that time I have worked closely with executives, senior individuals and teams from within some of the world's most demanding companies such as Intel, Dell and Hewlett-Packard/Compaq.
I help organisations grow and develop their pool of key talent and future leaders. I do this through a combination of one-on-one and team coaching delivered over a period of months. I am very comfortable working with senior individuals from all disciplines, including sales, marketing, finance, technical and general management, and have coached in countries across EMEA, including France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Russia, Turkey, Slovakia, United Kingdom and Ireland.
